Klisova is a very known lagoon in the region of Messologhi. It constitutes part of the wider area of estuaries Acheloos - Evinos in Western Greece. For the citizens of Messologhi existed a resource functioning for centuries as a natural vivarium.
The Environmental Station of "Klisova" is a lodging for scientists researchers who interest to study the ecosystem of region.
The infrastructure of Station consists the followings:
4 beds
1 workbench
cupboard of clothes
cupboard of beddings
cupboard of types of first need
wash-basin
refrigerator
lighting of gas
cooker of gas
stove of gas.
The Station is functioned by a committee that is constituted by the Municipal Council and simple citizens.
Everyone who is interested to use the Station should be addressed in the Municipality of Holy City of Messologhi.
